Partner Terms & Conditions – Ovrseez Drive
Eligibility
- Partner must be 18 years or older and legally own or manage the vehicle(s).
- Vehicle must be commercially registered and comply with all Indian road transport regulations.
- Valid documentation must be uploaded:
- Registration Certificate (RC)
- Comprehensive Insurance with self-drive cover
- Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUC)
- Fitness Certificate
- Aadhaar/PAN or Business Registration
2. Vehicle Condition
- Vehicles must be well-maintained, clean, and roadworthy.
- Partner must ensure:
- All systems (tyres, brakes, AC, wipers, lights, indicators) are in working condition.
- Vehicle is free from major scratches or dents at the time of handover.
- Fuel level is as committed in the booking.
3. Listing & Pricing
- Ovrseez Drive reserves the right to suggest or adjust vehicle pricing.
- Partners will be informed of any pricing changes.
- Photos must reflect the actual condition of the vehicle. Misleading listings may be removed.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
- Partners must keep availability updated.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of a booking may lead to penalties or suspension.
- In case of a no-show by the renter, partners may receive partial compensation as per policy.
5. Vehicle Handover & Return
- Partner is responsible for verifying:
- Customer’s valid ID and driving license (Indian or International)
- Handover details: time, odometer reading, and fuel level
- Upon return, the vehicle condition and readings must be verified using the app or a signed handover form.
6. Damage & Incidents
- In case of accident, breakdown, or damage:
- Partner must notify Ovrseez Drive within 24 hours.
- Inspection and damage assessment will follow.
- Claims processed via partner’s insurance or Damage Protection Policy (if enrolled).
- If renter negligence is proven and covered under the policy, partner will not be held liable.
7. Earnings & Commission
- Partners earn up to [xx]% of each rental’s revenue (after deductions).
- Ovrseez Drive retains commission, GST, and platform service fees.
- Payments are processed within 7–10 working days post-trip via bank transfer.
8. Delisting or Suspension
Ovrseez Drive may suspend or delist any vehicle or partner account due to:
- Multiple renter complaints
- Falsified or outdated documents
- Poor vehicle upkeep or fraud
- Legal violations or unresolved issues
9. Privacy & Data Usage
- Partner data is securely stored for verification, rental operations, and legal compliance.
- Ovrseez Drive will never share partner data with third parties without explicit consent.
10. Liability
- Ovrseez Drive is not liable for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Vehicle issues due to partner negligence
- Customer disputes arising from unreported problems
- Partners are solely responsible for legal compliance and insurance upkeep.
11. Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed under Indian laws (Punjab State).
- Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of [City], Punjab.
12. Policy Modifications
- Ovrseez Drive reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Partners will be notified of major updates via email or dashboard alerts.
