1. Eligibility

  • Minimum age to rent a car is 21 years.
  • Indian residents must provide a valid Indian driver’s license.
  • International customers must provide a valid passport and International Driving Permit (IDP).
  • A credit or debit card is required for booking and security deposit.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our website.
  • Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • India: UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
    • International: Credit/debit cards and secure payment gateways.
  • Booking confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp.

3. Travel Ticket Requirement (For Foreign Renters)

  • All international renters must provide a confirmed plane ticket (to/from India) as proof of travel.
  • The name must match the passport and rental booking.
  • Accepted formats: PDF, screenshot, or image.
  • Must be submitted before pick-up.

4. Vehicle Use

  • Only the registered renter and listed co-drivers may operate the vehicle.
  • The vehicle may only be used within Indian territory.
  • Strictly prohibited:
    • Smoking inside the vehicle
    • Off-road driving
    • Driving under the influence
    • Illegal activities
    • Sub-renting or commercial use

5. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles are provided with a full tank.
  • Must be returned with a full tank.
  • Shortage will incur fuel cost + service fee.

6. Security Deposit

  • A refundable deposit is required.
  • Deposit is returned within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Deductions may apply for:
    • Damage
    • Delays
    • Excess dirt or violations

7. Pick-Up & Return

  • Pick-up/drop-off must be done at scheduled time and location.
  • Late returns are charged hourly or daily, based on delay.
  • Request extensions at least 2 hours before return time.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before pick-up.
  • 50% refund: For cancellations 24–48 hours before pick-up.
  • No refund: For cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows.

9. Damages & Insurance

  • Basic insurance is included.
  • Renters are responsible for:
    • Any damages beyond insurance coverage
    • Traffic fines, tolls, or parking tickets
  • Optional full coverage insurance available at booking.

10. Cleaning Policy

  • Car must be returned in a reasonably clean condition.
  • Cleaning fees apply for:
    • Mud, stains, trash
    • Pet hair
    • Smoking odor

11. Data Privacy

  • Personal data is used only for booking and customer service.
  • Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Ovrseez Drive reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel bookings for:
    • Invalid or incomplete documents
    • Suspicious behavior
    • Misuse or abuse of vehicle
  • Take legal action for any breach of agreement or misuse.
